Join us for a very special evening celebrating one of Italy's most remarkable wine-producing families, Antinori.
With a winemaking history stretching back over 600 years and 26 generations, Antinori is a name that has become synonymous with some of Italy's finest wines. A family steeped in tradition, yet never afraid to do things a little differently. Their pioneering approach helped change the face of Italian winemaking, most famously with the creation of Tignanello.
For this special evening, our chefs have created a five-course menu, with each dish thoughtfully paired with a wine from the Antinori collection.
We'll begin with a glass of Antinori Blanc de Blancs, a beautiful sparkling Franciacorta, before settling in for an evening of wonderful food and wines.
A representative from Antinori will be joining us, sharing the stories behind the vineyards, the wines and the family as we make our way through the evening.
The wines we'll be enjoying:
Marchese Antinori Blanc de Blancs — An elegant sparkling Franciacorta to welcome you.
San Giovanni della Sala — A beautifully fresh and expressive Italian white.
Il Bruciato — A rich, generous Tuscan red from the Bolgheri coast.
Tignanello — The highlight of the evening. One of Italy's most iconic wines, renowned for challenging convention and redefining what Tuscan wine could be.
Muffato della Sala — A wonderfully rich, traditional Italian dessert wine to finish the evening.
It's a rare opportunity to enjoy such a lovely selection of wines together, particularly the celebrated Tignanello, alongside a menu designed to bring out the very best in each glass.
There will also be an opportunity to order the wines on the night, should you discover a new favourite or wish to take something special home.

Balearic Beats at The Hurstwood
Celebrate the Bank Holiday weekend with the ultimate end-of-summer party at The Hurstwood.
We’re bringing the spirit of Ibiza to our garden, transforming it into an open-air party destination with Balearic beats, delicious tapas-style canapés and great vibes.
With Elsewhere DJs playing from 5pm–11pm, expect laid-back daytime grooves, sunset sounds and uplifting house music as the evening unfolds on our outdoor dancefloor.
